"The Teena in Neutral is a pretty shoe. As I have a small narrow foot, this shoe runs a little small, however width seems to be true to size. My true shoe size is 4. 5 and to my knowledge Nina shoes no longer are available in sizes smaller than a 5. The 5 in the Teena was a good length for me, however medium width is a little wide for me. I love the shoe, so I believe with an insole the fit will be fine."
