Disappointing order fulfillment.

"I ordered a size 6. 5M shoe. The pair that I received was in the correct size box, but it contained 8W. Upon contacting Nina they immediately issued return authorization and shipped the correct shoes. The second pair arrived, again in the correct box, but that box contained size 7M. Agin contacted the company. They issued a return authorization. I was also informed that the 6. 5M originally ordered was no longer available. There were for my son’s wedding. I had already purchased the matching purse from this source. They were informed of this. I would have expected, at a bare minimum, an offer to have me return the purse. A good customer oriented company would offer to refund the cost of the purse. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I’ll never buy from Nina again and will make sure everyone knows how they do business."

Classy satin shoe but runs small

"I bought this shoe in black satin for a formal event. I really like the style of this shoe and the lower heel height, but it runs small and narrow. I have a foot that is a little more narrow than average, but not classified as narrow. I wear between a 6 and 6 1/2 and I bought the 6 1/2. It is very narrow and tight in the toe area. I would have to go up to a 7 and I believe the heel strap would be too loose if I did that. Disappointed in this shoe. I have the Billie in Silver in a 6 1/2 and love that shoe. Very comfortable and easy to dance in."

"I ordered a pair of shoes and matching handbag. Both items were gorgeous and just what I wanted. However, I needed to exchange the shoes for a different size. The exchange process was exceptional, just initiate the return online and drop the item off with the carrier. No waiting for the return to be received, the replacement was mailed as soon as the return was scanned by the carrier!!! Beautiful, quality products and excellent customer service.
