Unwearable
"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Nina Shoes. The shoes are incredibly uncomfortable — they actually cut into my skin and are painful to wear. To make things worse, I found out that two of the three pairs I ordered are non-refundable. The third pair was supposed to be refundable, but instead of getting a normal return option, I was only given the option to exchange them for the same or “similar” shoes. And the exchange process is completely ridiculous. When I tried to choose a similar pair, the only option they actually offered was the exact same shoe in a different size. Neither available size works for me, and the shoe itself doesn’t work for me in the first place. So basically, I’m stuck with uncomfortable shoes that hurt my feet, two pairs that can’t be returned at all, and a third pair that supposedly can be exchanged — but only for the exact same shoe that I already know doesn’t fit or work for me. This return/exchange policy makes absolutely no sense and is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Nina Shoes based on this experience."
