Fabulous shoes but even better customer service!
"I own a few pairs of shoes by Nina. However, I usually buy them from other stores such as Macys. This was my first time ordering directly from the site. I seen a cute pair on the Macys website for my daughters to wear on Easter Sunday, they were sold out so I searched online to see if I could find them somewhere else. That’s when I found out Nina had a website with endless options! I found an even cuter pair of shoes for the girls and ordered two pairs. My shipment came in standard shipping time but there was only one pair of shoes in the package. I was totally frustrated because I only had one pair of shoes, paid for two and didn’t know if I would be able to get the situation fixed. It was a Saturday and I immediately search the site for a customer service phone number but there was only an email. And they were closed on the weekends 😩. At that moment I realized that I probably wouldn’t be able to get the issue resolved before Easter. But I sent an email anyway explaining what happened. To my surprise someone emailed me the following Monday! They fixed the issue and overnighted the missing pair of shoes to me!! I was so relieved and so grateful to the attention to my issue and for resolving it before Easter."
