Not great customer services
"I am sure that when I bought these shoes they were NOT listed as final sale; it is completely unlike me to buy shoes online that are not returnable. However, when the order arrived it was marked as Final Sale, so now I am stuck with a store credit. I specifically asked customer service for some leniency; they did not offer mercy, so I am giving the company a bad review. The shoes themselves are pretty but wicked uncomfortable, so now I have to find something else. Horrible online experience."

Beautiful but Extremely narrow
"I thought these would be soft being that the material is a mesh. However when putting them on the top strap is significantly tight and the shoe fits but super tight like it’s choking my foot. If you want them size up an entire size. I think that they should be good for narrow feet and not for semi wide."
