US Shipping:

We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping via FedEx Ground is $8.95 for the first item and $3.95 for each additional item in the order.

2nd Day Guaranteed Shipping $15 for the first item and $4 for each additional item. Overnight Guaranteed $25 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be delivered Tuesday.

At the moment we will only ship within the United States and Canada. Please check back as we will be adding shipments to most international destinations and military bases. Sign our email list and receive an email in a few weeks when this begins.

International Shipping:

Canadian customers located in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia are charged $19.00 for their first item of shoes, plus $2.00 for each additional item.

Canadian customers located in all other provinces are changed $27.00 for their first item, plus $3.00 for each additional item.

Taxes & duties - The Canadian government imposes a 28% duty on all shipments. Customers are responsible for this as well as all other taxes and duties incurred. Packages refused on any grounds will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns - Returns are accepted for international orders. Customers are responsible for all additional duties and/or fees associated with shipping return orders. Contact us here for more information on our return & exchange policies.

As Design Your Own shoes are hand made especially for you orders need to allow five to six weeks from order date to ship.
